You can also rely on our regular system care to help prevent any unexpected breakdowns or repairs. Reynolds Air & Heat's Complete Precision A/C System and/or Heating System Tune Up semi-annually per year per system. An A/C or Heating tune-up keeps your air conditioning/ heating system in good working order.* During normal business hours 8am-4pm M-F only.
Spring tune-ups will be scheduled March 1st through May 31st and winter tune-ups will be scheduled Nov 1st through Jan 31st.*
ADDITIONAL TUNE-UP BENEFITS:
Agreement is transferable, No Overtime Charges, Same Day Service*, Improve System Efficiency, Lower Energy Bills, Restore System Capacity, Extended Equipment Life, Air Quality Disclosures and Preemptive Repairs.
Tune-up Includes:
* Inspect & Monitor Coolant Levels & Pressure
* Test Starter / Run Capabilities
* Check & Adjust/Calibrate Thermostat
* Clean or Replace Air Filter ( customer must supply filter or additional filter charge.)
* Inspect wiring, contacts, capacitors & relays
* Inspect & Tighten Electrical Connections
* Inspect evaporator coil
* Clean Evaporator Coil if Accessible
* Inspect and clean condenser
* Inspect, treat & flush condensate drain
* Inspect outdoor disconnect
* Inspect condenser fan motor & blades
* Inspect compressor at startup
* Measure Volts & Amps
When completed you will receive a recommendation for any further maintenance or repair needs of your system.
